Policies

Cancellation Policy

M.L. Davis Oasis asks that you are respectful of your practitioners' time. Therefore, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy, asking that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment. For example, if your appointment is at 3:00pm on Wednesday we ask that you cancel by or before 3:00pm on Tuesday.

Missed appointment fee: A fee totaling 50% of the service will be levied for missed appointments without cancellation notice 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

No show: If you "No show" for an appointment, you may be charged the full price of the appointment and may be required to prepay in full for your service(s) upfront before being allowed to schedule any future appointment.

Illness and Exceptional Circumstances:

If you or your child is sick, or there is an act of god (i.e. weather, accident, injury, etc.), there will not be a fee applied to a missed or cancelled appointment. Practitioners will not show up under these circumstances either and therefore we do not expect you to. If you are ill, please do not come in for treatment and call us to reschedule your appointment.

 

There are times where appointments need to be rescheduled on the practitioners’ behalf due to the above listed circumstances as well. Although this does not occur often, we understand that this can be an inconvenience and apologize in advance.

Late Arrival Policy

M.L. Davis Oasis asks that you are respectful of everyone's time.  Arriving late effects your practitioner as well as the client(s) appointments after yours.  Appointments need to end on time in order to insure a smooth schedule flow and transition into the next appointment.  If you arrive late for your appointment you will receive the remaining time of your scheduled time for your session. Therefore, arriving late will result in a shorter session, however you will still be charged the full price of your scheduled service.  At the practitioner's own discretion based on schedule demands may the appointment be extended and the full treatment time given.**In the event your appointment is starting late due to some fault of your practitioner the full treatment time will be given to you!**

Groupon Policy(ies)

M.L. Davis Oasis welcomes Groupon clients, however only 1st time clientele will be allowed to utilize a Groupon voucher for their service.   If you have received a service at M.L. Davis Oasis before and purchase a Groupon you will be asked to contact Groupon for a refund. Cancellation policies and related fees pertain to All clients, including those purchasing a Groupon. 

Expired Groupons:

Groupons "never expire" there is a "Promotional Value" given to them which you are able to utilize even after the Groupon offer has expired.  What this mean for you: If you do not utilize the Groupon you purchased within the four month time frame given before expiration, you are still welcome to redeem it at M.L. Davis Oasis for the service purchased and utilize the "promotional value" as a credit towards the full price of that service.  For example; you purchase a Groupon for a 60 minute massage for $39 which has a promotional value of $36, you can book the service you purchased for a 60 minute massage at full price ($75) and the Groupon's promotional value ($36) will be put toward that service as a credit. You will be responsible for the remaining balance (in this example that would equal $39) prior to your session.
